关于TED高端社区研读 Orientation

某一天，只用盯着演讲者的眼神，不用看字幕，只是听他说话，就会被他的言语默默的感动。（这是发起人Flora的最终目的）

计划：两周精读一个TED
选材：全部北美发音
课程：每日打卡，周六复盘，期末口语直播

1选材 Study Materials ：

严格精选TED具有魅力和启发的演讲，逐步分解为每日30秒到1分钟的短视频，刻意训练大家的语言能力。

Our study materials will be of great value ,which are really a high-level

Ray Dalio ,even those very positive studying materials which can really help them, not only English .

2 训练方式：

训练一：盯着他的眼神，被他的眼神和声音吸引，问他的眼睛，要传达什么。
训练二：跟着朗读句子，发音尽量清晰，吐词要注意节奏和语调
训练三：尝试能够读完后对着镜子再说一遍。

3 奖励：

连续打卡，可获得朋友圈的翻译奖励。
两周评比一次，位居榜首前三名，可获得视频高清版大家每天碎片化的学习吧，有啥问题交流

群里大神太多，就不一一介绍了。学历最高者：博士。年龄最小者：高中生。有远在日本的好几位，也有从美国回来的好几位，也有专业的英语教师，大家互相珍惜学习机会，争取坚持打卡，半年下来能够感受到flora的用心良苦

The Role of Flora-Trainer

English can help them get better understanding about the speaker ,not only through Translation, but can enjoy the direct meaning just by yourself .
So the role of Flora just help you to make progress, and help you get the final purpose.

What you need to do

What you need to do
(1) To finish daily study and put the card in the group before 9 o’clock ,so that you may get comments from Flora, the early ten students.
(2) If you share the card to your friend circle at least 5 days ,you can get another bonus which you can refer to our editor******
(3) Just finish the final work —— Final work
(1) write a passage at least 200 words.（周六）
(2)Give speech in the QQ chatroom( top three students)
Rest：1分时间，分享感言的话，印象最深的部分（聊天室）

第一期内容：

Larry Smith
加拿大国籍，博士学位，任教于滑铁卢大学，至今已经指导过23K的学生，负责就业指导职业生涯策划。不屑的努力使他获得了滑铁卢大学杰出教师奖。
曾经在youtube上的一篇演讲，《“Why You Will Fail to Have a Great Career”》（中文译为：你为啥没有劲爆的职业）浏览量过百万。明天的课已经添加这个部分。

关于找到你的激情：

☛ “The ones who get it right have a passion and a plan.

牛人总是有激情和计划。

☛ “If you’re passionately interested in something you would do it whether you were paid or not…This is something I probably couldn’t stop myself from doing if I tried.”

如果你全心投入一件你感兴趣的事情而不计报酬的话，我不会阻止你去尝试做这个。

☛ “Your behavior will dictate that you have your passion. You can’t stop thinking about it, you can’t stop yourself from doing. You would do it even if you weren’t paid.”

你的行为会暴露出你的激情。梦寐以求，不得自拔。你会不计回报的去实现。

☛ “Anybody who does not look for his passion means that over his life he will not maximise his talent.”

如果一个人不去追求他的激情的话，意味着他并没有将自身的潜力发挥到极致。

试想一下，如果每个人都在开发自己的潜能。虽然不可能活在伊甸园，但是我们的生活可能会因此不一样。

是什么使你与机器区别？只有那些对他们的工作抱有的激情才是区别开来你与机器的利器。

口语练习严格四步法

语音—-外国人究竟怎么发音，每个词，音，仔细听。记住，广东话，北京话，加州话，纽约话，东京话，大阪话，都是语言交流的工具。

语调—-英语的抑扬顿挫，有什么特殊的地方，就像普通话的调子，方言的调子，注意模仿他的调子。（Flora选材一定要选北美，因为情怀）

情感–语言中加上一定的情感，使得句子本身有着强烈的表达，试着加一些情感进去。

交流—积累，大胆的去说，总有一天，你可以跟人交流。
